摘要
为了适应发动机技术的发展和日益严格的排放标准,国际润滑剂标准化及批准委员会提出了开发ILSAC GF-6发动机油规格,并引入SAE XW-16黏度等级。GF-6规格已明确提出ⅥE、ШH、VH和ⅣB发动机试验,低速早燃试验和正时链条磨损试验也正在开发中。相比于GF-5规格,GF-6规格对综合燃油经济性、高温抗氧化性和中低温清净分散性的要求更加严格,并要关注涡轮增压直喷发动机的低速早燃和正时链条磨损问题。这些问题将是GF-6规格面临的挑战。
In order to meet the progress on engine technology and the increasingly stringent emission standards,International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee proposed to develop ILSAC GF-6 gasoline engine oil specification,and introduced SAE XW-16 viscosity grade.The ⅥE,ШH,VH and ⅣB engine tests would be required in GF-6 specification,Low-speed Pre-ignition test and Timing Chain Wear test were developing.Compared with GF-5 specification,the GF-6 specification required more stringently in fuel economy,antioxidative property at elevated temperature and detergence/dispersion at low-moderate temperature,and also paid attention to the problems of Low-speed Pre-ignition and Timing Chain Wear of turbocharged direct injection engine.All these issues would be the challenges for GF-6 specification faced.
