淞沪会战时期淞沪地区难民救助论略——以《申报》报道为中心

On the Refugee Relief during the Battle of Shanghai in Songhu Region Based on the Reports of Shun Pao

淞沪会战爆发后,无数上海人民无家可归沦为难民,同时大量难民也从各地涌入上海。上海各慈善团体、各旅沪同乡会及其它社会组织纷纷召开紧急会议并设立机构暂时收容难民,开展了大规模的难民救济与遣送工作,在淞沪地区的难民救助方面都做出了各自的努力,同时也为保护人民的生命安全、保存抗战力量起到了一定的积极作用。

When the Battle of Shanghai broke out, many Shanghai people became refugees. At the same time, many refugees crowded into Shanghai from other places. Charities in Shanghai, various travel Shanghai Associations and other organizations held emergency meetings. They established institutions for refugees, launched a large-scale refugee relief and repatriation work. They made their efforts and made certain achievements. What＇s more, they had played an active role in protecting people＇s lives and saving the resistance forces.
