党的十八届三中全会以来,完善社会主义市场经济体制迈出了新步伐,农村改革发展坚持家庭经营在农业中基础性地位的同时,鼓励农村发展合作经济。由于农业发展受到其产业"自组织"的影响,并放大了家庭经营面对市场的不足,农业合作经济组织创新应当是产业关联效应下,基于农业生产的特殊性和家庭经营的市场化要求,突破产业划分实现家庭生产经营的前后向衔接,发展农业的规模化、专业化、现代化。

Adhering to the fundamental status of the household management in agriculture, the reform and development of rural encourages cooperation economy. Due to the influence of the industry ＂self-organization＂ to the agricultural development, which enlarges the shortness faced with the market, the organization innovation of agricultural cooperation economy should break industrial division with industry linkage effects. Basing on the particularity of agriculture production and marketing demands, it is necessary to realize forward and backward connection of household management and operation and develop agricultural the scale, specialization and modernization.
