大容量机组检修管理模式优化与经济性探讨

摘要 近年来,随着电力设备趋向于高参数、大容量、控制自动化和系统复杂化发展,原有的检修体制存在的缺陷逐步显现。针对该问题,内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司在生产管理上进行了技术革新。本文以优化检修管理模式,利用监督、评价体系以及搭建高效的物资运作平台3个方面为例,分别从管理理念、方法、手段、过程控制等环节阐述了大容量机组检修模式优化与经济性的关系,为大容量机组生产管理精细化奠定了基础。 In recent years, with the features of equipments and systems in power plants to be more automatic and complicated, with higher parameters and larger capacity, defects of the original maintenance systems are getting more apparently. Therefore, Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd. made technological innovation on production management. Taking examples of maintenance management mode improvment, full use of supervision-evaluation system and the setting-up effective supplies platform, the author expounds the relationship between the maintenance optimization of large-capacity units and its economic benefits from aspects of concept, methods, means of management and process control. The paper laid a solid foundation for the production management development of large-capacity units in power plants.
