摘要
某火电厂600 MW机组高压静电除尘设备自投运以来,频繁出现整流变压器烧毁、可控硅被击穿等故障。通过检查发现,因取样信号板上2CW132型稳压二极管的高温性能及其容量不能满足现场工况要求,在运行过程中被烧毁,导致整流变压器满负荷甚至超负荷运行,进而使整流变压器整流硅堆超负荷或电容被击穿,最终造成整流变压器烧毁。经对比分析,选择2ZP5A型二极管替代原2CW132型二极管,至今再未发生整流变压器烧毁故障,有效保证了电除尘设备的安全稳定运行。
Since a high voltage electrostatic precipitator of 600 MW power plant put into operation, rectifier transformer burned, Silicon controlled breakdown occured frequently. The inspection showed the cause to the sampling signal board type 2CW132 zener diode and high temperature performance. Its capacity could not meet the requirement of the site condition, was burnt down in the operation process, caused the rectifier transformer capacity overload even luck. And then make the rectifier transformer rectifier silicon pile of overload or capacitance was breakdown, resulting in rectifier transformer burned. By the check and analysis, select 2ZP5A diode to replace the original 2CW132 diode, rectifier transformer burned fault never happened since then, effectively ensured the safe and stable operation of the electric equipment.
