摘要
为了降低机组运行背压、提高经济性,内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司对2号600MW直接空冷机组空冷系统进行了加装空气导流装置的技术改造。介绍了改造方案及空冷系统改造前、后性能试验结果,并对改造效果进行了评价:通过改造,机组在TMCR工况下真空提高了1.17 k Pa,煤耗率降低了1.287 g/k Wh,每年可节约费用306.306万元。
In order to reduce the operation pressure, improve unit economy, technical modification was conducted by installing air guide device for No.2 600 MW direct air cooling system in Inner Mongolia Electric Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.. Introduced the modification scheme and the performance test results of the air cooling system, the evaluation of transformation effect was conducted also. Through the transformation, the unit vacuum was increased by 1.17 kPa in the condition of TMCR, the coal consumption rate was reduced by 1.287 g/kWh, and could saved the cost of 3 063 060 yuan per year.
