架空输电线路航检视频信息分析技术研究与应用

摘要 针对架空输电线路直升机巡检作业过程中航检员出现的塔号记录错误、影像资料不全、防鸟设施未作统计和缺陷遗漏等问题,采用了航检视频信息分析技术,对航检员所录制的高清航检视频进行分析整理,按照固定模式、顺序对线路通道、导线、杆塔连接金具挂点等重点部位进行截图编号分析,对输电线路存在的安全隐患问题进行检查,并建立输电线路航检视频分析数据库。该项技术的应用解决了航检员航检过程中塔号记录错误和一般缺陷遗漏的问题,提高了直升机巡检效率、质量和准确性,实现了对输电线路通道内情况、铁塔防鸟设施、防雷设施等数据统计,为输电线路运行、维护和管理提供依据。 The tower number recording error, the imperfect image data, and the uncluded anti-bird facilities occured during the process of aerial detection overhead transmission line. Use video information analysis technology to sort out high definition video recorded by the infrared video navigation inspectors, make an analysis of screen capture and numbering on the important parts of the fixed mode, order on line channel, wire, and tower connection hardware hanging point, check over the risks existed on the transmission line, and establish the video analysis database of transmission line aerial detection. The technology solves the problems of recording error and the general defect missing during the process of aerial detection, improves the efficiency, the quality and the accuracy of aerial detection, realizes the data statistics of transmission line channel condition, the bird-proof installations on the tower, and lightning protection facilities, which provides the theoretical foundition for the power transmission line operation, maintenance and management.
