摘要
某发电厂150 MW直接空冷机组空冷风机随季节温度变化耗电量差异较大,从而对机组的厂用电率影响也较大。在做机组性能试验对厂用电率进行测试时,时间一般局限在某一时段,由此得出的厂用电率不能直接与设计值(全年工况)进行比较,需要对其进行修正。结合实测数据,同时考虑季节因素,根据设计工艺等数据建立数据修正计算公式,得到全年工况下的空冷风机厂用电率修正数值,同时比较修正前、后全厂厂用电率的变化及其对机组供电煤耗率的影响值,为机组性能考核提供可靠数据。
The electric power consumption of air cooling fans in a 150 MW direct air-cooled unit showed great difference with the change of seasonal temperature, which resulted in great influence on auxiliary power consumption rate of the unit. During the experiment of auxiliary power consumption rate, the test time always limited to a certain period of time. Hence, the design value can not directly compare with the experimental value of auxiliary power consumption rate, thus it need to be corrected. Based on experimental values, seasonal temperature and design process, the correction formula of auxiliary power consumption rate are presented in the paper. The correction value of auxiliary power consumption rate of air cooling fans on annual condition can be obtained by the formula. Compare the changes in the rate of auxiliary power before and after the correction, and the influence value on coal consumption of electricity, which can provid reliable data for performance acceptance test of a unit.
