返青期白三叶不同部位水浸提液对鸭茅幼苗叶片生理参数的影响

摘要 为明确白三叶在鸭茅+白三叶混播草地建植过程中的化感机理,试验选用白三叶返青期不同部位(根、茎、叶)水浸提液,对鸭茅幼苗进行处理,研究白三叶不同部位水浸提液对鸭茅幼苗的化感影响。结果表明,白三叶水浸提液对鸭茅存在一定的化感作用,整体表现出"低浓度无影响、高浓度抑制"或者"低促高抑"的现象。不同部位不同浓度水浸提液对鸭茅幼苗的化感潜力不同。白三叶水浸提液对鸭茅幼苗SOD和POD活性的影响,叶的化感潜力高于根和茎;对于本研究中的其他生理指标,白三叶水浸提液对鸭茅幼苗的化感作用强弱为茎>叶和根。 In order to understand the allelopathy mechanism of white clover in the mixture grassland establishment of white clover and cocksfoot,different concentration of the aqueous extracts of root,stem,leaf in white clover were designed to treat cocksfoot seedling and the effect of cocksfoot seedling growth was studied. The results indicated that there existed the allelopathy of white clover extracts to cocksfoot seedling,which was the trend of no significant effect or improved effect under lower concentration and inhibited effect under higher concentration. The allelopathy potential of different white clover extracts to cocksfoot seedling was different. The effect of white clover extracts to the activity of SOD and POD of cocksfoot seedling,the allelopathy potential of leaf was stronger than stem and root. But for other physiological index in the experiment,the order of allelopathy potential of white clover extracts to cocksfoot seedling was stem leaf and root.
