广西田七重要病害的防治药剂初步筛选 被引量:3

摘要 以广西田七发生较严重的黑斑病(Alternaria panax)、炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)和根腐病(Fusarium solani)3种主要病害的病原菌为靶标,采用菌丝生长速率法,测试了20种化学药剂对各病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,45%恶霉灵·甲霜可湿性粉剂1000倍液、250 g/L丙环唑乳油1000倍液等7种药剂对A.panax的抑菌率达100%;15%咪鲜胺微乳剂3000倍液、30%氟硅唑微乳剂7000倍液等9种药剂对C.gloeosporioides的抑菌率达100%;15%咪鲜胺微乳剂3000倍液、50%多菌灵纯白可湿性粉剂1500倍液等5种药剂对F.solani的抑菌率达100%。 The inhibitory rates of 20 kinds of fungicides on some important pathogens of Panax notoginseng including Alternaria panax,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Fusarium solani were tested by using mycelium growth rate method in this study. The results showed that seven kinds of fungicides including 1000 times diluted liquid of 45 % hymexazol·metalaxyl WP and 250 g / L propiconazole EC showed high inhibitory rates of 100 % on A. panax. Nine kinds of fungicides including 3000 times diluted liquid of 15 % prochloraz ME and 7000 times diluted liquid of 30 % flusilazole ME showed high inhibitory rates of 100 % on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Five kinds of fungicides including 3000 times diluted liquid of 15 % prochloraz ME and 1500 times diluted liquid of 50 % carbendazim white WP showed high inhibitory rates of 100 % on F. solani.
