摘要
该文采用菌草栽培银耳,与棉籽壳银耳、椴木银耳做比较,测其产量及品质指标。结果表明,菌草栽培银耳产量与棉籽壳栽培银耳相近;菌草银耳不存在棉酚问题;菌草银耳主要品质指标均低于我国银耳相关标准规定的限量值;其子实体粗灰分、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗蛋白含量均高于棉籽壳银耳和椴木银耳,尤其是粗蛋白含量比棉籽壳银耳高14.56%,比椴木银耳高88.05%;总糖含量略低于棉籽壳银耳与椴木银耳,但粗多糖含量比棉籽壳银耳高26.12%,比椴木银耳高10.42%。说明菌草银耳产量及品质并不亚于棉籽壳银耳与椴木银耳,温室菌草袋栽银耳确实可行。
In the present paper,Juncao was used to cultivate Tremella,and Tremella cultivated with cotton seed shell and basswood separately were used as basis to measure their output and quality indicators. The results showed that the production of Tremella with Juncao cultivation was similar to that with cotton seed shell. There was not gossypol in Juncao Tremella. The main quality indicators were far lower than those of relevant standards. Content of crude ash,crude fat,crude fiber and crude protein of Tremella with Juncao cultivation were averagely higher than those with cotton seed shell and basswood. Especially by comparing Tremella cultivated with Juncao and that with cotton seed shell,basswood,the crude protein content was 14. 56 % and 88. 05 % higher; Total sugar content was slightly lower; However,the crude polysaccharide content was 26. 12 % and 10. 42 % higher. It illustrated that the quality of Tremella with Juncao cultivation was as good as that with cotton seed shell and basswood. It was really practical that Tremella could be cultivated with Juncao under the natural conditions.
