摘要
对四川X区块连续3个固井蹩泵留高塞的固井施工事故,分别从现场操作、完井液污染、水泥浆敏感性等方面进行了原因分析;结果表明当水泥浆中缓凝剂和充填剂在一定浓度范围内时,随混浆能降低水泥浆的稠化时间可急剧缩短,造成水泥浆体系敏感,导致事故发生。建议固井施工中尽量不采用CaCl2作完井液顶替。
Three cementing accidents such as pump blocked and staying high plug happened consecutively in X Block, Sichuan Basin. Their causes were analyzed in terms of field operation, completion-fluid contamination, and cement-slurry sensitivity. Results show that when the retarder and filling agents in cement slurry are within a certain concentration range, the thickening time of cement slurry can be sharply shortened along with a decrease of mixing slurry energy,which may bring about sensitivity of cement slurry system, finally resulting in accidents. It's suggested that CaCl2 should not be used as a substitute of completion fluid during cementing.
