品管圈活动提高肝癌术后患者早期下床活动的依从性

Application of Quality Control Circle Activitieing in Enhancing the Compliance of Early Activity of Postoperative Primary Liver Cancer Patients

目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动提高肝癌术后患者早期下床活动依从性的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,以"提高肝癌术后患者早期下床活动依从性"为课题,分析肝癌术后患者早期下床活动依从性低的原因,制定相应的对策并组织实施。结果实行QCC后,肝癌术后患者早期下床活动的依从性从41.9%升至64.0%(目标设定为63.8%),本次QCC活动目标达成率高达100.0%。活动后,小组成员在QCC手法运用、专业知识、团队合作能力、创新思维能力、沟通能力及护患关系融洽程度等方面均有显著提高。结论 QCC活动能够提高肝癌术后患者早期下床活动的依从性,增强临床护士的综合素质和团队的凝聚力。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （QCC） activities in enhan- cing the compliance of early activity of postoperative primary liver cancer patients.Methods We set up a QCC group to analyze the reasons of poor compliance in early activity after operation of primary liver cancer patients,so as to set corresponding strategies.Results After QCC activities,the patients increased their early activity compliance rate from 41.9% to 64% （as aiming at 63.8%）.The rate of target completion was up to 100.0%.The group members＇ grasp of QCC methods,professional knowledge,ability of team-work, creative thinking and communication and nurse patients relationship were remarkable enhanced.Conclusion QCC activities can increase the compliance in early activity of post-operation primary liver cancer patients,and enhance nurses＇ comprehensive qualities and team cohesion.
