消毒供应中心突发事件应急预案情景化演练的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Situational Training Program on Sudden Incidents Emergence Plans in Central Sterile Supply Department

目的探讨消毒供应中心突发事件应急预案情景化演练的效果。方法 2013年选择随州市中心医院29名科室员工为情景组,采用突发事件应急预案情景化演练进行培训。选择2012年随州市中心医院20名员工为传统组,采用常规方式进行培训,比较两组的考核成绩。结果情景组在灭菌锅出现冷气团、生物指示剂监测阳性、化学指示剂监测阳性、有毒气体泄漏、化学药剂泄漏、医疗锐器伤等突发事件应急预案6个方面评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对消毒供应中心工作人员进行情景式培训可以提升整体业务素质,提高应急意识,加强自身防护,合理分配并弥补应急资源不足,起到事半功倍的效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of situational training program on sudden incidents emergence plan in central sterile supply department.Methods twenty-nine staffs from year 2013 were selected as situation group, and had trained by using sudden incidents emergence plan situational training program. 20 staffs from year 2012 were selected as control group,and using conventional method to train,the assessment scores were compared between two groups. Results The assessment scores of formation of cold air mass in sterilizer, positive biological indicator, positive chemical indicator, leakage of poisonous gas, leakage of chemicals and iatrical sharp insl：rument injury were significantly higher in the situation group than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Application of situational training improves the ability of central sterile supply department staffs to deal with sudden incidents effectively, strengthen the self protection, reasonable allocation, and fulfill the insufficient of emergency resources.
