摘要
目的探讨护理支持中心在优质护理服务中的应用及效果。方法 2012年7月,哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院成立了护理支持中心(即外勤运输系统),医院外勤工作由护理支持中心统一管理,开展多项服务项目。结果护理支持中心成立前后,医护人员的工作满意度分别为82.31%和98.10%(χ2=5.863),患者满意度分别为78.24%和99.40%(χ2=6.144),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论护理支持中心的成立和运行,有利于减少医护人员从事非专业技术性工作时间,节省了护理人力资源,为护理人员更好地为患者服务提供了有力保障。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing support center in high quality nursing service.Methods In July 2012 ,the first affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university set up the nursing support center, and the outworks were unified managed by nursing support center, and implemented several services.Results Before and after the implementation of nursing support centre, the job satisfaction rates of medical staffs were 82.31%, 98.10% (X^2=5. 863) respectively, and the patients satisfaction rates were 78.24,99.40% (X^2 = 6.144)respectively.Conclusion The establishment and implementation of nursing support center can greatly reduce the time of staff engaged in non-professional technical work, which also can save the nursing human resources, provide the powerful guarantee for the nursing staff and provide better service for patients.
