转移性肾上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 肾上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（EAML）是肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（AML）的少见亚型,目前被认为是具有侵袭性生物学行为的恶性潜能肿瘤,具有复发和转移能力。2013年11月5日,九江学院附属医院泌尿外科收治1例EAML术后3个月并全身多处转移的患者,现结合文献复习报告如下。1临床资料患者,男,46岁,因左腰部胀痛,间断解淡红色尿1月余,于2013年11月5日入本院。
