咪康唑对妊娠期复发性阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果分析

Efficacy analysis of miconazole on pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidiasis

目的:探讨咪康唑对妊娠期复发性阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果及安全性。方法:选择2012年1月—2014年1月收治的妊娠期复发性阴道假丝酵母菌病患者80例,分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予克霉唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予咪康唑治疗。对两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后临床症状评分及不良反应进行比较。结果:观察组轻中度和重度患者的治疗有效率分别为100.0%和93.3%,显著高于对照组的84.0%和80.0%(P<0.05)。观察组临床瘙痒、白带异常、阴道黏膜充血评分分别为(0.33±0.05)分、(0.51±0.07)分、(0.35±0.04)分,均显著低于对照组的(1.22±0.17)分、(1.46±0.23)分、(1.17±0.21)分(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率均为5.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:咪康唑能有效治疗妊娠期复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,治疗效果较好,安全性高,不良反应少。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of miconazole on pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidisease.Methods： 80 cases with pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidiasis,from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group（ 40 cases） administrated with clotrimazole and observation group（ 40 cases） with clotrimazole＋ miconazole. The total efficiency,the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of mild symptoms in observation group（ 100. 0%） was significantly increased than that in control group（ 84. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. Similar results were found in severe symptoms between observation group（ 93. 3%）and control group（ 80. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. Clinical itching,abnormal vaginal discharge,and vaginal mucosa congestion scores of observation group were（ 0. 33 ± 0. 05） point,（ 0. 51 ± 0. 07） point,and（ 0. 35 ± 0. 04） point,which were significantly lower than the control group [（ 1. 22 ± 0. 17） point（ 1. 46 ± 0. 23） points,（ 1. 17 ± 0. 21） point],respectively,（ P〈0. 05）. However,no significant difference between groups was found in adverse reaction rate（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Miconazole can effectively treat pregnancy recurrent vaginal candidiasis,with good effective,high safe,and less adverse reaction,worthy of promotion.
