摘要
为了让广大民用客机维修人员了解民用客机空调系统的发展变化,以MD90飞机和A320飞机为例,从工作原理、操作与显示、部件、控制与保护4个方面对2种机型的空调系统做了比较。结果表明:虽然2种飞机的空调系统基本原理相同,但由于A320飞机采用了许多具有新技术的部件,使用了大量的传感器以及功能更强大的计算机进行控制和保护,使得整个空调系统的控制更容易、维护更方便,体现了民用飞机空调系统的发展方向。
In order to make the aircraft maintenance personnel understand the development and change of the civil aircraft air conditioning system,this paper,taking MD90 and A320 for example,compares the air conditioning systems of the two aircrafts from four aspects: the working principle,operation and display,components,control and protection. And the results show that although the basic principle of two aircraft air conditioning systems are the same,the A320 aircraft adopts many new parts with new technology,and uses many sensors and more powerful computers for control and protection,which make the air conditioning system control much easier and more convenient for maintenance,embodying the development direction of civil airplane air conditioning system.
