人的全面发展的理论是马克思主义的重要组成部分。人的全面发展是一个长期的历史过程 ,这个过程不仅需要社会生产力的高度发展 ,而且需要不断完善的生产关系和上层建筑。促进人的全面发展是有中国特色社会主义的本质要求。着眼于研究人的全面发展的现实关系 ,着眼于研究促进人的全面发展的现实社会条件以及人本身发展的现实基础 。

Human development in an all-round way is an important component of Marxism. It is a long process which not only needs the rapid development of social productive forces but also needs constant improvement of productive relation and the superstructure. At the same time, it is still necessary requirement in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Studying and promoting human development in an all-round way is a subject of the present era in historical materialism.
