为了防治因漏风引发的大面积煤自燃,在灌浆注胶基础上开发了粉煤灰制浆固化膨胀充填装备。在理论基础上分析了粉煤灰制浆装备的设计原则,从系统构成对充填装备进行了相关研究并开发出了相关工艺,实现了设备工艺简单、自动配料下料、可操作性强的充填装置。

In order to preventing coal spontaneous combustion caused by air leakage,Based on the theoretical analysis,the expansive filling equipment and process of fly ash pulping is developed on the basis of grouting and gel injecting. The filling equipment has the characteristics of easy operation and automatic batching material.
