摘要 根据红柳林煤矿7.0 m大采高综采面具体条件,通过综合分析确定其胶带运输巷超前液压支架的基本结构形式,确定了其合理支护阻力等主要技术参数,采用了ZLJ2X1960/32/46型自移式综采面运输巷超前液压支架。该超前支架不与装载机等发生任何直接联接,带有侧向稳固装置,机动性和稳定性好,实现了7.0 m大采高综采工作面运输巷超前支护的机械化,现场使用取得了良好效果。 Based on the actual conditions of mechanized mining face with 7. 0m large mining height in Hongliulin Mine,by comprehensive analyzing the basic structural type and key technical parameters of advance hydraulic support for transport roadway,ZLJ2X1960 /32 /46 self-moving advance hydraulic support was selected. The advance hydraulic support does not have any direct connection with transfer conveyor and has lateral stabilizing device,good flexibility and stability. The mechanization and good effect is implemented in advance support of mechanized mining face with 7. 0m large mining height.
