摘要 针对分布式电机监测与诊断系统中,不同厂家的软硬件之间难以互联,且诊断告警相对滞后的问题,提出了一种基于OPC跨平台通信的电机监测与诊断系统。通过运行在Windows系统下的OPC桥接程序,与通信管理机上的网络服务器通信,实现了嵌入式平台数据的标准OPC转发;充分利用电机状态数据变化过程中包含的诊断信息和故障编码库,实现了电机常规故障的定位和早期预警。实际工程应用结果表明,该系统获得了较好的监测和诊断效果。 Aiming at the problems of monitoring and diagnosis system of distributed motor,the difficulty of software and hardware interconnection between different manufacturers,and the diagnosing alarms are lagged behind,a motor monitoring and diagnosis system based on OPC cross-platform communication was proposed. Through running the bridging program under Windows system,communication with the web server on communication management machine to achieve the standard OPC forwarding of embedded platform data; Make full use of the information that included in the process of motor state changes and Fault Code Database,to implement the early warning and positioning of the conventional motor fault. The practical application results in projects showed that this system has obtained good effects on monitoring and diagnosis.
