The building energy conservation evaluation index system is established in the full research and analysis of the building conservation influencing factors.The index weights are determined by an improved AHP method.The gray correlation analysis model is established,and the WAA operator is used to obtain the gray correlation coefficient with the alternative solutions and the target solutions compared.The practical application proves the feasibility of this method.
