摘要
利用正交试验设计法设计多组试验,并利用磁铁矿精矿粉、石英砂、石膏、水泥等组成的混合物制作岩石相似材料。对影响相似材料的四种因素,包括骨料的比例、骨料中成分间的比例、胶结物中成分间的比例以及掺水率,与其物理性质、力学性质参数之间的关系及影响程度进行了分析。结果显示,可以通过提高骨料的比例和骨料中磁铁矿精矿粉的比例来提高相似材料密度。在提高相似材料单轴抗压强度方面,可以通过提高胶结物中水泥的比例来实现。相似材料粘聚力的变化与骨料的比例的变化以及掺水率的变化呈反相关。内摩擦角的变化主要受到掺水率的影响。
Multiple tests were designed to do the research in accordance with orthogonal experimental design method. Magnetite concentrate powder,quartz sand,plaster,cement and other materials were used to make similar rock material. The relationships between the four factors,including the rate of aggregate,the proportion of the materials consisting the aggregate,the proportion of the materials consisting the binders and the dosage of water,and the physical and mechanical properties of similar materials were studied,as well as the degree of the impaction. The results indicated that the increasing of the proportion of solid material and distribution of magnetite concentrate powder led to increasing of density of similar material. An effective way to realizing the purpose of improving the uniaxial compressive strength of similar material is to increase the proportion of cement in the binders. The variation of cohesion has negative relation with the change of the rate of aggregate and the rate of water addition. The variation of the internal friction angle was mainly affected by the water addition rate.
