2008-2013年北京市密云县细菌性痢疾流行病学特征

Analysis on epidemiological features of bacillary dysentery in Miyun county of Beijing,2008- 2013

目的分析2008-2013年北京市密云县细菌性痢疾发病的流行特征,掌握其流行规律,为调整预防控制对策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对密云县2008-2013年细菌性痢疾病例（简称菌痢）资料进行分析。结果密云县2008-2013年累计报告菌痢2 059例,年平均发病率为67.80/10万;发病有明显的季节性,5-9月份共有病例1 401例,占病例总数的68.04%;高发年龄分别为0~5岁和≥80岁年龄组;不同职业发病数居前3位的分别为散居儿童、农民和学生。结论密云县6年来细菌性痢疾发病率逐年下降,但发病率仍位居全县法定报告传染病前3位。需要重点关注0~5岁、≥80岁老年人年龄段人群。其中学生和农民为本病高危人群。夏秋季为菌痢高发季节,应针对高发季节采取全面综合预防措施。

Objective To explore epidemiological features of bacillary dysentery in Miyun county of Beijing from 2008 to2013 and understand its patterns of occurrence,therefore to provide scientific evidence for adjusting control strategies in the future. Methods Data of bacillary dysentery cases which collected during 2008 to 2013 in Miyun county were described and analyzed. Results Total 2 059 cases were reported during study period and the average annual incidence rate was 67. 80 per 100000. Incidence of bacillary dysentery presented clearly seasonal pattern. There were 1 401 cases occurred from May to September,which accounted for 68. 04%. More cases were children under 5 years old or persons over 80 years old. The top three numbers of cases were scattered children,farmers and students. Conclusion Although the incidence of bacillary dysentery showed a gradually decreasing trend during the past six years in Miyun county,it still listed in the top three high incidence infectious diseases. More attention should be paid to the prevention and control in high risk population,such as children aged 0 ~ 5,seniors aged over 80,students and farmers. Bacillary dysentery showed higher occurrence in summer and autumn. Comprehensive preventative measures should be taken during epidemic seasons.
