摘要
目的通过对教师课堂教学学生评教结果影响因素的研究,为合理运用学生评教结果制定教师业务考核办法提供理论依据。方法整群抽取武汉某综合性大学医学院最近10个学期的本科生评教数据作为原始数据。采用SPSS17.0进行统计学分析。结果教师职称、年龄、课程性质有统计学意义,教师性别无统计学意义。结论医学院在利用学生评教结果开展教师业务考核时,应将必修课、限选课、任选课的教师分开,并按照职称分别进行考核,以增加考核结果的公正性、可比性和合理性。
Objective By researching the influence factors on the results of students' evaluation of classroom teaching,we provide theoretical basis for taking advantage of the student's evaluation of teaching result and developing teachers' professional assessment.Methods A cluster sampling approach was employed.Extraction recent 10 terms of undergraduates' evaluation data of a comprehensive university of Medicine in Wuhan as the original data.Using SPSS17.0for statistical analysis.Results Teachers' professional title,age and courses nature are statistically significant,but teachers' gender is not.Conclusion While medical school use the teaching evaluation results in conducting teachers business assessment,the teachers of compulsory courses,limited optional courses and unlimited optional courses should be separated,and assessed in accordance with titles respectively.In this way,we can increasing the impartiality,comparability and rationality of the assessment results.
