急诊科抢救室移动药柜的设置与效能评价

Setting of emergency intensive care mobile medicine cabinet and effectiveness evaluation

目的介绍自行研制的急诊抢救室移动药柜结构和使用,并对其效能作评价。方法对移动药柜使用前后药品品种数、齐备率,护士执行每例医嘱所需走动的距离、花费时间以及护士满意度等进行比较。结果移动药柜设置后,药品品种数、齐备率达到抢救患者的需要;护士满意度达100%;护士执行医嘱所需来回走动的距离从移动药柜使用前(17.95±7.21)m减少到(3.00±0)m(P<0.01);执行医嘱时间从(44.51±7.84)s下降到(28.26±0)s(P<0.01),对比差异有统计学意义。结论移动药品柜的设置使用,方便治疗的执行,极大降低护士的工作强度,提高救治患者的效率。

Objective To introduce the structure and use of the self-developed emergency mobile intensive care medicine cabinet,and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods Compared mobile medicine cabinet drug species number and complete rate before and after use,as well as a nurse for each orders required walking distance and time,the nurse satisfaction and so on.Results Mobile medicine cabinet after setting,number of drug varieties and complete rate enough to rescue patients.The nurse satisfaction reached one hundred percent.The nurse walking distance required to execute orders from（17.95±7.21）m mobile medicine cabinet before use down to（3.00±0）m（P〈0.01）.The time needed to execute orders decreased from（44.51±7.84）s to（28.26±0）s（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The setting and use of mobile medicine cabinet,convenient for the execution of treatment,greatly reduce the working strength of the nurses,improve the efficiency of treating patients.
