工业大麻“云麻2号”对重金属Pb、Cu和Cd富集特征的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过人工添加重金属盆栽试验,研究工业大麻"云麻2号"不同器官对重金属Pb、Cu和Cd的耐受性和累积能力。结果显示:Pb主要富集在工业大麻根上,Pb2+浓度为600mg/kg时,不影响植株正常生长,积累在根、茎、叶和纤维含量分别为109.05、44.72、34.41、31.52mg/kg,而在种子和雄花重金属含量最低(2.66和2.55 mg/kg),种子的富集系数和转移系数分别为0.00、0.02;Cu主要富集在根、茎、叶、种子和雄花中,在纤维中的含量最低,当处理浓度为300 mg/kg时,纤维中含量为10.00mg/kg以下,其余部位的含量在10.00-50.00mg/kg之间,且纤维的富集系数和转移系数小于0.20;工业大麻对Cd^2+具有较强的吸收和富集能力,当处理浓度为150mg/kg时,工业大麻的根、茎、叶、纤维的含量均超过了Cd^2+超富集植物的临界含量(100.00mg/kg),富集系数均大于1,其中雄株根和纤维的富集系数大于2,种子和雄花中含量分别为30.52mg/kg和4.89 mg/kg。研究结果表明"云麻2号"较耐受Pb2+,对Cd^2+具有较强的累积能力。 In order to study the tolerance and accumulation abilities of industrial hemp under heavy metal environment,"Yunma 2"was planted and treated with artificial addition of Pb,Cu and Cd in pot experiment. The results showed that Pb2 +did not affect the normal growth of the plant under 600 mg / kg,and Pb2 +was mainly accumulated in root with 109. 05 mg / kg,only 2. 55 mg / kg in seeds. And the concentration coefficient and the transfer coefficient of seed were 0 and 0. 02,respectively. Cu2 +was mainly concentrated in root,stem,leaf,seed and male flowers,however the least concentration was in fibers,which was from 3. 74 - 9. 24 mg / kg. Furthermore,concentration coefficient and transfer coefficient of fiber were less than 0. 20,Cd^2+could be strongly absorbed and accumulated by Yunma 2 when Cd^2+concentration was 150 mg / kg. In addition,Cd^2+was mainly concentrated in root,stem,leaf and fiber,the concentration coefficients were very high( 1),especially in the root and fiber of male plants( 2).The results demonstrated that industrial hemp "Yunma 2"has good abilities to resist Pb2 +and accumulate Cd^2+.
