讨论纺织机械园网板的冲裁毛刺问题,提出无毛刺冲裁新工艺,其冲裁剪口质量好,能控制冲裁毛刺的产生,具有精密冲裁的技术效果。

This paper discusses the problem-induced punching burr of rotary screen plate of the textile machine and deals with the plastic strain theory of metal, punching mechanism and stress. It puts forward a new blanking craft without burrs. Punching quality of shear fracture is superior to that of both ordinary and precise blanking, and the new blanking craft can obtain rotary screen plate without burrs and attains the technical effect of a precise blanking.
