摘要
主要论述了利用Bunte盐法合成巯基乙酸,并使用乙醚与异辛醇协同萃取工艺制取巯基乙酸负载有机相,再经过粗馏酯化、精馏提纯得到高纯度巯基乙酸异辛酯的合成工艺。
Bunte method was used to synthetize thioglycolic acid, loaded organic phasd of thioglycolic acid can be synergistically extracted from the mixture with ether and isooctyl alcohol, then by means of distil- lation with esterification and purifying can receive iso--octyl thioglycolate.
