摘要
本文是文[1]的续篇,我们对文[1]中系数∈的函数形式作了具体假定,以求与目前已知的多数实验结果相容。此外,並将所得结果与文献[2]作了比较。
In this paper, which is the continuation of Refs. 1, a exponential factor is added to ∈, a coefficient in Refs. 1, so that our theory may be consistant with the results of most of known relevant experiments. Then, a comparison is made between our results and that of Refs. 2.
