摘要
根据明渠均匀流理论,通过检测明渠渠道的过水深度可以实现对明渠渠道水位和流量的智能化监测,基于此设计了毫米级数字水位传感器,每2mm放一个触点,利用水的导电性,若触点接触到水,连接该触点的检测电路导通,水位信号由MSP430F19单片机进行处理并通过RS232总线上传给上位机进行控制。由单片机和上位机进行水位和流量的处理,数据分别在信号采集和监控处由LCD和上位机显示,实现水位流量监测的智能化。
According to the theory of uniform flow in open channels,water level and flow of open channel can be intelligently monitored by detecting open channels' depth beyond water.This paper designs a millimeter digital water level sensor based on the above statement.Each 2mm puts a contact.Because the conductivity of water,if one of the contacts touches water,the detecting circuit connecting the contact would be put through.And then water level signal can be processed by the single chip microcomputer MSP430F19 and transmitted through RS232 data bus to the host computer.Water level and flow can be managed by both the signal chip microcomputer and the host computer.Data can be displayed on LCD located on signal acquisition port and host computer located on supervision port.Thus it can realize the intelligently monitoring of water level and flow.
