摘要
目的建立测定橘红化痰丸中柚皮苷含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%(体积分数)H3PO4水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为283 nm,柱温为30℃。结果柚皮苷质量浓度在5.2~52.0μg·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),柚皮苷平均回收率为101.3%,RSD值为0.47%(n=6)。结论本方法可用于橘红化痰丸中柚皮苷的质量分数测定。
Objective To establish the determination method for naringin in Juhong Huatan pills. Methods An RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 0. 2% phosphoric acid with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results The linear range of naringin was 5. 2-52. 0 μg·m L^-1( r= 0.999 7). The average recovery was 101.3%,with RSD of0.47%( n = 6). Conclusion The method could be used for the quantitative determination of the preparation.
