黄芪散对糖脂代谢和骨生物力学指标影响的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究黄芪散对高脂饲料合并STZ诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢和骨生物力学指标的影响。方法 180~200 g雄性SD大鼠,一次性低剂量(35 mg/kg)腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)+高脂饲料(HFD)诱导12周,造成2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型。造模的同时灌胃黄芪散(HQS),观察血糖、血脂、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性、体质量、肝系数、肾周脂肪系数和骨生物力学等指标。结果黄芪散能显著降低模型大鼠空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血浆胰岛素(fasting plasma insulin,FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),减轻体质量、降低肝系数和肾周脂肪系数,提高胰岛素敏感性,提高股骨最大载荷、最大吸收能量和结构硬度。结论黄芪散能显著改善T2DM模型大鼠的糖脂代谢,降低体质量、肝系数和肾周脂肪系数,提高胰岛素敏感性,并能改善骨生物力学指标。 Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi San( HQS) on the glucolipid metabolism and skeletal biomechanical properties in STZ-induced type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2DM) rats. Methods The T2 DM model was replicated in 180- 200 g male rats with disposable low-dose intraperitoneal injection of 35 mg / kg STZ and administration of high fat diet for 12 weeks. Meantime,HQS was administrated by intragastric gavage. The glucose and lipid parameters of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),fasting plasma insulin( FINS),insulin sensitivity,the body weight,the liver coefficient,the perirenal fat coefficient and skeletal biomechanical properties were investigated. Results HQS reduced FPG,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C,the body weight,the liver coefficient,the perirenal fat coefficient,and improved insulin sensitivity,the maximum load and the energy absorption of femur. Conclusion HQS can improve the glucolipid metabolism,reduce the body weight,the liver coefficient,the perirenal fat coefficient,and improve insulin sensitivity and skeletal biomechanical properties in T2 DM rats.
