摘要
控制玻璃纤维除去含量为10%,将PC树脂与增韧剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂等助剂经预混,经过双螺杆挤出机制备了增强阻燃聚碳酸酯胶粒,用于注塑国网电表外壳。文章研究了玻璃纤维与相容剂的含量对材料力学性能的影响,并探索了溴代三嗪阻燃剂与有机硅阻燃剂对材料阻燃性能与力学的影响。结果表明玻璃纤维含量为10%时PC的冲击性能下降较大,选用马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃相容剂能改善这一状况;阻燃材料达到V0级阻燃时,溴代三嗪添加量为5%,此添加量会降低了材料力学性能。有机硅阻燃剂添加1.5%达到V0级阻燃,此添加量提高了材料力学性能。将二者复配使用,不仅具有阻燃协效作用,而且具有更低的成本。
Flame retardant and glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate( PC) modified with 10% glass fiber,compatibilizer,flame retardant,antioxidant and other additives was prepared via a parallel twin-screw extruder for injecting state grids smart meter shell. In this paper,the effect of glass fiber and compatibilizer dosage to mechanical properties of PC was studied,the effect of brominated tribromophenoxy and silicone to flame retardancy and mechanical properties was also researched. The results indicated that material's impact strength was decreased with 10 wt%glass fiber,and 5 wt% maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin compatibilizer could improve the situation. With the addition of 5 wt% brominated tribromophenoxy or 1. 5 wt% silicone,UL-94-V0 could be achieved. The former flame retardant could reduce mechanical properties of material and the latter one was just opposite. Compounded brominated tribromophenoxy with silicone,a material which has good properties and lower costs was achieved.
