摘要
以齐齐哈尔市农村居民为调研对象,探讨了农民信息需求的普遍规律与地域特点,针对农村居民信息需求的特点,提出了改善齐齐哈尔市农村图书馆信息服务的若干建议。
Taking Qiqihar City＇s rural residents as the research objects, this paper probes into the universal laws and regional characteristics of rural residents＇ information needs, and in the light of the features of rural residents＇ information needs, puts forward some suggestions on improving the information services of rural libraries in Qiqihar City.
