越来越多的公共图书馆引入志愿者参与馆内工作,志愿者的加入对公共图书馆更好地开展读者服务提供了很大帮助,但是,也出现了一些问题。为更好地保障志愿者服务在公共图书馆的长远发展,讨论了公共图书馆志愿者服务工作中出现的问题,阐述了志愿者参与公共图书馆服务的内容及意义,对如何做好公共图书馆志愿者服务工作进行了探讨。

More and more public libraries have introduced volunteers in daily work. Volunteers＇ participation provides a great help for the public library to carry out the better service for readers, but also appeared some problems. In order to guarantee the long-term development of volunteers＇ service in the public library, this paper discusses some problems occurring in volunteers＇ service in the public library, expounds the contents and significance of volunteers＇ participating in public library＇s service for readers, and probes into how the public library to do well the volunteers＇ service.
