基于少年儿童思想道德建设的需要,从少儿图书馆的馆藏建设、阅读指导、环境营造、文明服务、开展活动等方面,分析了少儿图书馆与素质教育的关系,探讨了做好少儿读者服务工作的思路。

Based on the requirements of Children＇s ideological and moral construction, and from aspects of the collection construction, reading guidance, environment creation, civilized service, and activities implementing, etc. of children＇s library, this paper analyzes the relationship between children＇s library and quality education, and probes into the work ideas of the service for children readers.
