教研室作为学校基层教学组织,在新建本科院校的学科专业建设中起着重要作用,更是学科及专业建设的突破口。文章旨在探讨如何通过新建本科院校教研室组织系统的有效建立,将新建本科院校学科专业建设串联起来,在充分利用现有资源的基础上,逐步开展具有自身特色的学科专业建设工作。

As a basic teaching unit,teaching ＆ research squads play an important part in the development of disciplines and academic programs.This paper aims to explore how to connect discipline and academic program construction to the establishment of an effective system of teaching＆research teams so as to gradually develop disciplines and degree programs based on the resources available in newly-established universities.
