调动型谋略,就是利用各种因素和条件,调动对方向有利于警方的方向发展的一种谋略。表现形式主要有:欲取姑予,欲擒故纵;打草惊蛇,引蛇出洞;调虎离山,上屋抽梯等。

Manoeuvring strategy defines that use is made of various factors and conditions to manoeuvre the criminals in a direction that will be most beneficial to the police＇s actions. The typical forms of manoeuvring strategies are summed up as follows：（a） making concessions for the sake of better gains;（b） stirring the grass to startle the snake so as to lure it out of its nest;（c） luring the enemy away from his base and blocking his retreat.
