Interpretation of Violence and Terrorism Crimes on the Part of Women and the Countermeasures: A Perspective of Social Gender

当前社会性别视阈下,性别差异相当复杂、女性角色是传统与现代的复合体,是镶嵌在男权主义社会中的角色蜕变。女性角色与暴恐犯罪的联系体现在成长环境、滋生土壤、助推利器和内在动因等四个方面,在对现有女性恐怖分子进行严厉打击的同时,还必须从更高的层面加以认识和把握,以有效解决女性恐怖犯罪问题,实现国家长治久安。

Gender difference is quite complicated under the perspective of the present social gender. Female role represents the complex of tradition and modernity meaning role transformation inlaid in patriarchal society. The relations between female role and violence and terrorism crimes are embodied in their growth environments, breeding conditions, facilitations and inner motivations. Therefore, while cracking down on women terrorists, we need to have higher level knowledge of them with a view to effectively handling violence and terrorism crimes on the part of women, providing strong support for permanent national security and stability.
