摘要
微课作为国内外一种知名教育品牌,具有"短、精、小"等特点,体现了学习主动性、持续性、再现性、及时性、交互性和场景性等理念。对公安院校德育课而言,有利于重塑新的教育理念,提高教师的专业教学素养和教师的信息处理能力。因此,德育教师要终身学习,搭建专业与微课阶梯;对教学资源进行科学管理,优化微课教学环境;建立微课的长效机制,以实现传统以"教"为中心向以"学"为中心的教学模式转化。
Micro-class, an education brand well known both at home and abroad, is characterized by briefness,preciseness and small size, reflecting students' initiative, persistence, reproducibility, timeliness, interactivity and scenario in their study. In the case of moral education in police academies, micro-class is conductive to reshaping of education concept, improvement of teachers' professional teaching literacy and information processing capability. Accordingly, moral education teachers are expected to be committed to life-time learning,construction of profession and micro class ladder, scientific management of teaching resources, optimization of micro teaching environment, development of long-term mechanism for micro-class in an effort to achieve transformation from the traditional teaching-oriented model to learning-oriented model.
