Research on SWOT Analysis of the Government's Response to Web Hyper and the Strategies

近几年,网络舆情对社会的影响越来越大。而"网络推手"在网络舆情的演变过程中起着重要的作用。网络推手不但能够影响民意,改变舆情演变的方向,甚至可能对社会稳定造成威胁。为有效应对网络推手,引入SWOT分析方法,通过分析政府应对网络推手的优势和劣势、机会和威胁因素,构建SWOT对策矩阵,提出相应的发展战略和应对措施,从而为政府应对网络推手提供参考。

Internet public opinions have had increasingly greater impacts on the society in the recent past years.Evolution process of internet public opinions is attributed to the vital role of the Web hyper, who affects public opinions, changes the direction of evolution of internet public opinions, or even produces a threat to social stability. SWOT analysis is introduced to effectively respond to web hyper. SWOT matrix countermeasure is constructed on the basis of analysis of the government＇s response to web hyper in terms of its advantages and disadvantages, opportunity and threat. Corresponding development strategies and solutions are developed,providing references for the government＇s response to web hyper.
