摘要
目的调查护理实习生临床实习中期和后期的实习表现,为改善临床护理教学,提高临床护理教学质量提供参考。方法采用自制调查问卷,选取在某地级市三级甲等医院实习中期159名,实习后期的142名护理专业实习生为研究对象,并对其在实习中期和后期的临床实习表现进行比较。结果护理实习生在实习后期临床表现总均分为(3.98±0.39)分,其中临床护理(4.31±0.28)分、健康指导(4.37±0.51)分、职业规划(4.45±0.62)分、基本知识(3.83±0.27)分,均高于实习中期(P<0.01)。护理缺陷维度实习后期(2.62±0.39)分,低于实习中期(P<0.01)。结论在临床教学中应根据不同阶段性特点采取针对性教学对策,以进一步提高护理实习生的综合素质,降低差错发生率,提升临床教学质量。
Objective To investigate nursing students' performance in the middle and late stage of clinical practice,and to provide basis for the improvement of clinical teaching quality. Methods Totally 159 nursing students who practiced in a 3A hospital were recruited in this study,including 27 undergraduate nursing students,81 associated nursing students and 51 secondary vocational nursing students. Their performance in the middle and late stage of clinical practice were rated by clinical tutors. Results The total performance score in the late stage of clinical practice was(3.98±0.39),the dimension score was(4.31±0.28) in clinical nursing,(4.37±0.51) in health education,(4.45±0.62)in career planning,(3.83±0.27) in basic knowledge,which were all higher than those of the middle stage(P0.01).The dimesion score of nursing defects in the late stage was significantly lower than that of the middle stage(P0.01).Conclusion It is suggested to take targeted interventions to further improve the quality of clinical teaching,promote the comprehensive quality of nursing students and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
