摘要
护理实验中心文化建设是校园文化发展的主要组成部分,如何建设符合护理专业需求的实验教学文化,是建设一流护理实验中心迫切需要解决的问题。该文从3个方面概括了北京协和医学院护理实验中心文化建设的主要内容:紧扣学科特色,塑造实验教学精神文化;注重整合资源,建设优质实验教学环境文化;完善规章制度,构建科学实验教学管理文化。
The culture construction of the Center for Nursing Simulation and Practice plays a key role in culture cultivating of colleges. Meaningful discussion of the laboratory culture is important. This article introduced the strategies of culture construction in the Center for Nursing Simulation and Practice in Peking Union Medical College,including cultivating practical teaching philosophy focused on the characteristics of nursing science,integrating resources to build high-quality practical environment culture,perfecting rules and regulations to build practical teaching management culture.
