不同方法提取菠萝皮抑菌物质的比较研究

Comparative Study of Different Extracting Methods for Antimicrobial Substances from Pineapple Peel

采用超声波水法提取、有机溶剂提取、超声波辅助有机溶剂提取等5种方法提取菠萝皮的活性物质,并选择大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉及桔青霉等5种菌检测菠萝皮提取物的抑菌效果。结果表明,菠萝皮提取物具有一定的抑菌作用,且其抑菌效果随提取方式、菌种的不同而有差异。菠萝皮抑菌物在偏酸条件下、经紫外线照射、湿热灭菌后仍具有良好的稳定性。

The active substances of pineapple peel was extracted by the methods of uitrasonic-assisted water extract, organic solvent extract and uitrasonic-assisted organic solvent extract, and its antimicrobial effect was detected by measuring the inhibition zones of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger and Penicillium citrinum. The results showed that the extract of pineapple peel had a certain inhibitory effect, and its antimicrobial effects were different with differences of extracting methods and strains. The antimicrobial substance of pineapple peel had good stability under the meta-acid conditions, UV and moist heat sterillization.
