中药复方治疗帕金森病的实验研究进展

Progress of Experimental Study on Mechanism of Chinese Herbal Compound in Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

帕金森病是以震颤、肌强直、运动减少和姿势异常为特征的慢性神经系统变性疾病。随着人口的老龄化,其发病率日渐攀升。近年来,中药复方治疗帕金森病的作用优势日益引起学者的关注。现就该领域的研究进展进行综述,为帕金森病的药物治疗提供依据。

Parkinson＇s disease is a chronic degeneration disease of nervous system with the characteristics of tremor,myotonia,motion reduce and pose anomalies. With the aging of the population,its incidence is increasing. In recent years,the effect of advantages of traditional Chinese medicine compounds for treating Parkinson＇s disease has attracted the attention of scholars. Research progress in this field was reviewed to provide the basis for the drugs to treatment of Parkinson＇s disease.
