摘要
目的:探索郭维琴教授治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法:收集郭维琴教授治疗冠心病处方,采用关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据分析方法,分析处方中药物使用频次及药物之间的关联规则、处方规律。结果:共筛选处方69首,得出处方中药物的使用频次及关联规则,挖掘出治疗冠心病基础用方及20个常用药物组合。结论:郭维琴教授治疗冠心病善用益气活血法进行加减。
Objective： To analyze professor GUO Weiqin＇s medication rule in prescriptions for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease based on data mining technology. Methods： By collecting the prescriptions for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,the data was put into TCM inheritance support system and analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results： Based on the analysis of69 prescriptions,the core prescription for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was found and 20 combinations were mined from the database. Conclusion： Professor GUO Weiqin＇s is good at using supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation therapy for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
