正交设计优选肾阳虚型前列腺增生症隔附子饼灸灸量的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Orthogonal Design Optimization of Aconite Cake-Separated Moxibustion Amount on Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of Kidney Yang Deficiency

目的:采用正交设计试验方案进行临床试验,观察隔附子饼灸三因素三水平的不同灸量对肾阳虚型BPH患者疗效的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分入两组,对照组(前列康组)9例,治疗组(隔附子饼灸组)81例,治疗组的81例患者又随机分为9个亚组(n=9),以三因素(壮数A、频次B、疗程C)三水平组成的灸量于关元穴处施隔附子饼灸。结果与结论:隔附子饼灸三因素三水平组合的不同灸量对肾阳虚型BPH患者具有不同的影响,艾灸频次是影响I-PSS评分和PVR的主要因素,其中以1次/d的频次为最佳;艾灸壮数是影响中医症状评分的主效应因素,其中以每次2壮为最优;艾灸疗程是影响Qmax的主效应因素,其中以治疗8周为最优。

Objective： By means of orthogonal test,to observe the effect of three- factor and three- level different amounts of aconite cake- separated moxibustion on kidney Yang deficiency patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods： 90 patients who met the standard were randomly assigned into two groups,control group（ Qianliekang group） 9cases and treatment group（ aconite cake- separated moxibustion group） 81 cases. The treatment group＇s 81 patients were randomly divided into nine groups（ n = 9） and three factors（ number of cones,frequency and course treatment） of three levels of aconite cake- separated moxibustion at Guanyuan（ RN4） was used. Results and Conclusion： Different amounts of aconite cake- separated moxibustion composed of three factors and three levels had different effects on kidney Yang deficiency patients with BPH. Frequency was the main factor influencing the international prostate symptom score（ IPSS） and bladder residual urine volume（ PVR）. The frequency of once a day had the most marked effect. The number of cones was the main factor influencing the TCM syndrome score and 2 cones for each time was the most marked effective amount. The course treatment was the main factor influencing the maximum flow rate of urine（ Qmax） and 8 weeks was the most marked effective duration.
