摘要
目的:建立双花抗病毒口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对双花抗病毒口服液中的金银花、野菊花、连翘和广藿香进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其金银花和野菊花中的绿原酸进行含量测定,对其连翘中的连翘苷进行含量测定。结果:双花抗病毒口服液的金银花、野菊花、连翘和广藿香薄层色谱中,在与对照药材相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点;绿原酸检测浓度在0.011 2-0.089 6 mg·m L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为100.7%(RSD=1.17%);连翘苷检测浓度在0.010 5-0.168 mg·m L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.00%)。结论:所建质量标准可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Shuanghua Kangbingdu Oral Solution. Methods: TLC was used to identify Flos Lonicere,wild chrysanthemum,forsythia and Pogostemon cablin( Blanco) Benth. HPLC was used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and forsythin. Results: The TLC of Flos Lonicere,wild chrysanthemum,forsythia and Pogostemon cablin( Blanco) Benth spots with the same color were identified in the corresponding positions.The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 011 2 - 0. 089 6 mg·m L- 1( r = 0. 999 2). The average recovery was 100.7% and RSD was 1. 17%. The linear range of forsythin was 0. 010 5 - 0. 168 mg·m L- 1( r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99. 6% and RSD was 1. 00%. Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate with strong specificity and could be used to control the quality of Shuanghua Kangbingdu Oral Solution.
